  • 100% of Maple Coal and King-Coal Corporation (registered in England and operating in the US)
  • 50% of Energybuild Group plc

The biggest shareholders in Coal International are Cambrian Investment Holdings Ltd (see Cambrian Mining PLC) at 34.38%, and RAB Capital (qv) at 9.59%.
